On your QuickBooks sales, you will only see a city, state, postal code and country.
It appears companies that ship orders must delete customer information, after thirty days.
I completed a security review a few months ago. I contacted Amazon today to ask if access to PII can be reinstated on our account, since our business persists no customer information on our servers. We are waiting for a response.
