I founded Connex over 10 years ago with the mission of finding a better way to data enter sales to QuickBooks. As an entrepreneur, I understand the challenges faced by small business owners – not unlike myself. Yesterday, I ordered take-out from a local restaurant. I like to support local restaurants by ordering take-out and I could tell that the owner was happy just to see me. The owner told me that she had to let go of all her staff and I was saddened by the news. “Be strong, we’ll get through this!” she said.
Here at Connex, my team and I are committed to doing our part to help your business. We are a well-funded, bootstrapped organization and we’re online and fully operational. In addition, as a 100% remote, distributed organization, we’re not going anywhere; our severs are running and I’m committed to helping my outstanding team.
In addition, I am lucky enough to hire a new front-end developer (welcome, Nathan!) as he was tragically dismissed from his former employer as a result of current events. Nathan will become an invaluable member of my team. Moreover, with Nathan on board, he’ll be helping us to solve complicated software problems; increase support quality and response time; and make some major quality-of-life improvements to Connex. For example, we are making some major user-interface improvements making Connex easier to navigate, more user-friendly, and intuitive. Furthermore, our goal is to help you to save time and sync your orders with QuickBooks more efficiently so that you can focus on what’s important to you (more information about this coming in the next few weeks).
