One of our goals with Connex V3 (check out the open beta!) is to make the set up process easy and intuitive. If you don’t understand how a particular setting will effect your QuickBooks, it is likely fair to say we’re failing in communicating how a particular setting works.
Therefore, we’re introducing a feature we’re calling Set-up Helper as well a specific setting tool tips.
Launching with Connex V3, during the set up process, users will now see a FAQ window on the right-hand side that explains what’s going on with each step, what actions are expected, and how those settings will reflect in QuickBooks. Furthermore, mouse-over tool tips will be making a come back, as well.
