We’re happy to announce a major update to our refund and cancellation policy. We’ve received a lot of feedback and crunched some numbers. Now, it’s time to let you know what’s new.
For the first time ever, Sync with Connex will now offer a 30-day money back guarantee! If you’re not satisfied with Connex Desktop or Connex Online, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within the first 30 days after initial signup of a paid subscription.
In addition, we’ve made some quality of life changes to:
- Accepted methods of payment;
- When your credit card is charged;
- How renewal works;
- What happens if the order limit is reached;
- How to cancel your account.
The major changes here is the change from a 14-day refund policy (previous) to a 30-day refund policy – and we couldn’t be happier about it. In addition, our goal is to make our refund policy clear and easy to understand.
Simply put, it’s time. When we updated our subscription plans to began offering annual plans in 2018, we were remiss to likewise review our refund policy. As such, we continued to only offer a 14-day refund policy – even for annual subscriptions. We recognize this is a tough pill to swallow, especially as pro rating is not (and remains) unavailable. Therefore, we listened to your feedback (thank you) and decided that it’s time to fix this once and for all.
