To support the latest editions of WooCommerce, our integration with WooCommerce was updated On June 28th of 2019. To update fixed issues with auto syncing refunds, supporting partial refunds, custom fields missing, and tax inaccuracies. A handful of our customers use version 2.x of WooCommerce must use our old integration. To see if you use WooCommerce 2.x, login to WordPress. On the left, click WooCommerce > System Status. We highly recommend updating to the latest WooCommerce integration in the future.
New API keys should not be required. If your connection requires them, login to our software. Click update login. Generate new keys and replace them.
There are no files to plugins to install. Our staff needs to point your website to the old plugin. If your website was https://www.example.com, then we will change your connection URL to https://www.example.com/wc-api/v3. If your connection fails and you use an older version, please contact us.
If you use Connex for QuickBooks Desktop, you must download a new pairing file. Login to QuickBooks as admin and open your web connector. Click remove. Login to Connex. Click pair on another machine. Download a new file. Double click it.
If you use Connex for QuickBooks Online, then we will just transfer the URL in your account.
If orders are missing, run a manual sync:
